Service Description

Our Residential Rough In Service covers all code-compliant electrical wiring, outlets and boxes. This price also assumes two ceiling lights or fixtures in the kitchen and one ceiling light or fixture in the bedrooms. This is a two phase estimate, with rough in and finishing. We will review your electrical drawings and quote any additional outlets, devices, or fixtures. Additional installations will be billed at $90.00 an hour + Materials. Client provides fixtures and appliances. We will supply outlets, wires, boxes, and outlet trim as part of our price. *Standard deposit of 30% applies **We will request, at our discretion, for prepayment of materials if the cost exceeds the standard deposit of 30%.
