Service Description

This service includes replacement of old or outdated devices, including fans, lights, outlets, and other devices. We have a $200 Service Minimum, with the cost of $150 per device swap. Pricing does not include running new wires or replacing boxes. Additional services to be billed at $125/hr with a $200.00 Service Minimum. Client provides fixtures and appliances. We will supply outlets, wires, boxes, and outlet trim as part of our price. *Standard deposit of 30% applies
